there was a tortoise who lived to be 152 years old

everyone shoulda treated him like a king

no tortoise rides just neck massages n mcdonalds lettuce wraps

n truck rides to vegas

with the wind in his face goin faster than ever before

pullin that semi horn with his lil turtle hands

all day, everyday.

i aint no eagle

my heart is filled with helium that takes me further away than iv ever been

it is filled with hope and gratitude and more love than it can contain

i lay with the breeze

i hug the trees

i am at ease

i stretch my wings but never want to leave

and keep digging my grave

a handful at a time

so no one has to deal with it when im gone

eventually i will just roll over

and cover the dirt to my ears and sleep...

most times..

i never have the key and the door is always locked from the inside..

today..

today i feel like i did on my 21st birthday..only 5 years older.
